Section 18 Announcement
A Section 18 specific exemption was granted for the 2004 growing season by the EPA to use FolicurŪ 3.6 F fungicide on wheat and barley in Minnesota to control Fusarium head blight, also known as scab.

Scab Forecasting Information
This growing season spring wheat producers in Minnesota will have access to an experimental Fusarium head blight (FHB or scab) forecasting model.

Phosphate Fertilizer May Increase Soybean Protein and Yield
Soybean yields can increase about 15 percent if you apply recommended rates of phosphorus fertilizer when soil test levels are low or very low.
