Applicators must have copies of these labels in their
possession for legal use.
Sect 18 - Authorized by EPA to allow States to use a
pesticide for an unregistered use for a limited time when
EPA determines that emergency conditions exist.
Sect 24(c) provides for registration of a pesticide
product as a Special Local Need (SLN).
